Foothills Art Center is thrilled to present new work by several of New York's exciting young video artists. This thoroughly engaging art form originated in the I960* and 1970s. Today's creative artists are breaking ground in the fast-evolving world of video technology. Not to be confused with filmmaking, video art instead can be thought of as "time-based painting."
