Each year the Museum's 'Victorian Yuletide' exhibition offers carefully researched representations of the origins of many of today's holiday customs. Featuring lavish and festive decorations, including tabletop Christmas trees, greenery trimmed with ribbon, and homemade ornaments and gifts, this exhibition explores many holiday traditions. This year, the dining room and parlor will be arranged to depict an evening party called a "kettledrum."
