Victorian Festive Fair December 18, 2010

Traditional Christmas Fayre.
Wat Tyler Country Park will be getting into the festive spirit with a special Christmas fayre being held over the weekend. The free event being held in the picturesque Pitsea park will see a range of stalls selling festive goods over both days.
The Wat Tyler Education Team will be running a series of 30 minute workshops for children including tree decorating, clay pot making and Christmas candle making.
There will also be a special performances of a Victorian Christmas pantomime.
Fun fair attractions will be running throughout the event and the miniature railway will be running a special ‘Santa Express’ over the weekend. Visitors can enter into the traditional spirit of the fayre by wearing Victorian fancy dress with a special prize on offer for the youngster in the best costume.
