Ever thought how that story about wild Aunt Josie or mysterious Grandpa Bob would make a great novel? Dogpatch resident Victoria Zackheim, author of The Bone Weaver, will talk about how she wrote a fictionalized history of her family and used it as the back story for her first novel.

Victoria writes and records book-related commentary for The Mimi Geerges Show, broadcast on public radio and nationwide on Satellite XM radio. She teaches Creative Writing through the UCLA Writers' Program and contributes book reviews to the San Francisco Chronicle.
