The Hearing and Speech Agency (HASA) will host Vibe ‘07, "A Night of Magic" and imaginative art to raise funds in support of communication programs and services for people of all ages and income levels throughout Maryland. HASA expects more than 300 guests will attend Vibe ‘07 to enjoy cocktails, lite fare, live and silent auctions, a tribute to Communicator of the Year Miriam Zadek, strolling magic, as well as a show by professional magician and mind reader, Matthew Furman who has performed for celebrities, including Michael Jordan, Justin Timberlake and Donald Trump.

Vibe ‘07 will feature "Take a Seat," a silent auction that showcases 20 small wooden chairs used by students of HASA more than 50 years ago. The chairs are being designed by local artists, celebrities, and friends of HASA, including the Baltimore Blast, Richard Horne (former director of the American Dime Museum), Sandra Magsamen (award-winning author, artist and art therapist), and Mark Barry (nationally recognized artist and writer).
