Veteran's Village within the York Army Open Day July 12, 2008

The Garrison Open Day is free to enter and will provide a wonderful family day of fun. Within the Open Day will be the Veteran's Village where Veterans will be coming to receive their Veteran's Badge, meet old friends and make new ones. There will be a display by the Castle Museum of Military items through the ages, representatives from the Veteran's Associations, Badge making for the children, Music performed by the York Arts Academy and lots more. Something for everyone! Visit the Veterans Village for a warm welcome.
