Veterans Day Celebrations 2008 - Dudley June 28, 2008

This event is aimed at a wider audience than previous afternoon at the Concert Hall. This is a Town Centre event in a thriving and busy shopping area where thousands of people do their shopping on Saturdays. Entertainment includes military vehicle display, a jazz band playing 1940s music and a singer performing songs from this and earlier eras. Mid 42 group will be showing World War 2 memorabilia + children's entertainment such as painting and balloon modelling + an Army Recruitment Caravan.
