Venue 56, a new restaurant between the Hamptons and New York City introduces a new “Sunset” three-course prix fixe Monday through Friday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. The cost is $29 per person and a glass of premium wine, beer or champagne can be added for an additional $5, plus tax and gratuity.
