How to distill the essence of your value proposition into something short, meaningful, and effective

At the heart of effective communication is a crisp statement of what your company does. You may have only ten seconds to get this message across. Twenty-five words should be sufficient to describe your value proposition, preferably less. We're talking about the opening of your elevator pitch, the hook at the beginning of an email, the tagline on your website, or maybe just a tweet.

Whatever the situation, everyone in your company needs to be able to articulate a compelling value proposition in just a few words. What's the trick? What works? What doesn't work? Come find out!
