Vasona Open House February 26, 2011

Come meet our wonderful group of animals, including toads, newts, snakes, turtles, chinchillas and more. You may even have the opportunity to touch a live animal! The theme for this Saturday is Bones and Skulls. In addition to our regular exhibits, we will have various bone and skull specimens out for you and your family to touch, investigate, and learn about. Most of these specimens will be out for Saturday only. The Vasona Nature Center is located next to the Parks Administrative Building, up the hill. Stay to the right as you drive through the park.
