This is not just any old workout, in their state of the art facility and through expert trainers we will be introduced to a style of fitness training unique to PowerVibe Fitness.

Get a taste of the small group classes allowing each client to receive personalized attention and effective teaching techniques from our trainers. Classes are executed in the same manner as traditional circuit training. Weights, resistance bands, Swiss balls and other standard gym equipment are incorporated into a full body workout on the acceleration machine or aka Power Plate technology. The amazing Power Plate equipment is utilized to stimulate the body’s natural response to vibration, forcing muscles to contract 25-50 times per second. Hence only the 25 minute workout! These machines are the newest and most innovative method of training available.

After our intro to the machines our workout will cover the fundamentals of the Power Plate exercises which will increase our muscle strength, flexibility, bone mineral density and range of motion. This training atmosphere has a view too! Where it's not just about working out, it's about meeting new people and enjoying ourselves while working out.
