We will gather at Rocky Mountain Flatbread Company in Kitsilano and learn how to make the perfect pizza. Rocky Mountain Flatbread Company is revolutionizing pizza. How you ask? While our Rocky Mountain Flatbread expert pizza maker takes us step by step through the pizza making process, including the right way to cook it, you will be placed into teams to create your own pizza recipe using their special flatbread dough, flour, cheese, sauce, organic free range meats, Ocean Wise seafood and local organic produce. After will will compare and contrast our creations with other members and sit down to share our pizza with new friends!
