Vancouver Poetry Slam featuring the Minimalist Jug Band August 7, 2006

The Vancouver Poetry Slam Summer Season continues with another open cash slam. The first 10 poets signed up compete for cash and prizes.

This night features Al Mader aka The Minimalist Jug Band. Al has opened for Nick Cave and They Might Be Giants as well as featuring at the Vancouver Folk Music Festival and The Canadian Festival of Spoken Word.

It's only $5. West Coast Poetry Festival Artistic Director, Sean McGarragle will be your host.
