Vancouver Photography Meetup's 1st Anniversary Potluck Picnic and Shoot July 7, 2007

Yes, at the start of this day one year ago there was one member of the Vancouver Photography Meetup Group (me!)... and by the end of that same day there were twenty of us... after the first three weeks, 100 members had signed up... and we've been growing strong ever since!

This day marks the first anniversary of this fabulous Photography Group! Come out on Saturday, July 7th and celebrate with fellow members -- bring your cameras, your friends, and some food to share... and share camera gear tips and stories, take some shots of the scenery and surrounds, and celebrate this awesome group with new and familiar friends.

We'll gather at Third Beach on the grassy part at the picnic tables... some of us will explore and others will stay close to the meeting point... at 2:30 we'll start serving food. Photography challenges and activity games will commence at 3:30 -- with lots of great prizes!
