Seriously! …Owner/operator/flair bartender extraordinaire, Martin Polame comes direct to us from Ocean Drive; one of Prague’s best bars, where he was coached by none other than World Champion Bartender Jan Pina from London!

Personally I think the whole place is dynamite; the servers are probably Miss Universe winners and there are at least 3 champions in the kitchen too!
