WIZARDS presents THE FIRST ANNUAL VAMPYRE WEEKEND FESTIVAL

Featuring discussion and Q&A by Lord Greymure of House Sabretooth.

Lord Greymure will be introducing each film with an explanation of how the Vampyre has changed and evolved through cinema, and how these images have affected how our culture views Vampyres, as well as the history of each film. He will also be discussing the dramatic shift in this image, from the classic "Dracula" image, through the Gothic Romanticism of Anne Rice, to the street gang images of "Lost Boys" and "Near Dark," the monstrous images of Quentin Tarantino and the new monsters of "30 Days of Night," and how those films represent a break from the romantic image of the Vampyre. Also discussed will be the current Vampyre culture as developed through organizations like Sabretooth, Strigoi Vitae, Temple of the Vampyre, and others.

1- Ticket prices are as follows: $25 for 2 days or $15 for either day.
2- Tickets MUST be purchased IN ADVANCE. Wizards will be closed for this private event. Only ticket holders will be admitted. Space is limited.
