Valley Concert Chorale to Perform Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle March 14, 2009

The Valley Concert Chorale, the Tri-Valley's premier chorus, will perform Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle in two concerts: Saturday, March 14, 8 p.m., Trinity Lutheran Church, 1225 Hopyard Road, Pleasanton, and Sunday, March 15, 3 p.m., First Presbyterian Church, 4th and L Streets, Livermore.

Experience Rossini's inspiring choral mass - his last major work - which critics called "remarkable" and "genuinely moving." Accompanied by professional soloists, harmonium, and two pianos played by VCC's own concert pianist Daniel Glover, and Deborah Lorenz.
