The Valentine’s holiday is all about love. What better way to celebrate than by learning more about the organ thought to be the seat of this very emotion? Bring the family out to the Exploratorium for a heart dissection (cow or pig). Through dissection and discussion, adults and kids alike will learn the inner workings of the heart.
