Valentine's Day at the Zoo February 12, 2011

On Saturday, Feb. 12, animals will receive special valentine treats and toys called enrichment from their keepers. Enrichment encourages animals to use their natural abilities and behaviors to interact with their environment. Enrichment can be a special toy, a food treat or an unusual smell.
