Valentine Card-Making and Silent Auction February 4, 2007

VALENTINE-MAKING PARTY AND SILENT AUCTION: SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 4th. CHOCOLATE INCLUDED!!!!

Please join us for a day of valentine fun and creativity with a valentine-making party in our studios followed by a silent auction with yummy tea and pastries on Sunday, February 4th.

Valentine-Making from 1:00-4:00 pm
We will offer papermaking, pulp painting, letterpress printing, collage, and rubber stamps. We supply basic materials, you supply the inspiration (along with any materials you would like to bring) to make fantastic unique creations for your special valentine. Kids are welcome! Silent Auction from 4:00-6:00 pm
Join us for tea with scones, cookies, and chocolate pastries created by Huw Griffiths, pastry chef at the Tabard Inn, while you browse the many beautiful valentines created by Pyramid Atlantic faculty, staff, members, and other friends. Bidding takes place from 4:00-5:00 pm and winning bidders can take the valentines home or pick them up later. Admission to the silent auction is free, but please RSVP to 301-608-9101 x 101 or email [email protected].

Print Raffle all day
We are raffling 3 prints that will make beautiful valentine gifts. For a raffle ticket of only $10, you could win a Tracy Krumm print valued at $400, a David Chung print valued $400, or a letterpress print portfolio valued at $75 from our recent Book Arts Fair. You can buy raffle tickets here anytime between now and 5:30pm on February 4th. You do not need to be present to win.
