October 15th and 16th, 11am to 5pm

Urban Bazaar will host its third craft show, the Vagabond Indie Craft Fair, on Saturday and Sunday, October 15th and 16th, from 11am to 5pm. The event, which includes a total of 30 local artists & craftspeople split between two days, will take place in the back garden of the store at 1371 9th Ave, San Francisco. The show will be a fun, interactive experience for hip, socially-conscious shoppers to find great fall accessories, new artwork, and- if they're on the ball- early holiday gifts.

The wares that will be up for grabs include a wide range of jewelry; vintage, Steam Punk, and feather accessories; men's and women's clothing; wood, ceramic and glass dishware; soy candles and skincare products; knitted hats and scarves; handmade toys; and Fair Trade goods.

"We chose the name 'Vagabond' for this show to represent the gypsy-like nature of the local art scene. There are more and more independent craftspeople making a living traveling and selling their wares in the Bay Area these days," says Brandi Chalker, co-owner of Urban Bazaar.

Attendees of Vagabond can also purchase succulent plants & locally made plant pots at Urban Bazaar's new succulent nursery, The Succulent Bar. Admission to the Vagabond Indie Craft Fair, as always, is free.
