Vacation Bible School, MEET GOD ON THE MOUNTAIN! July 19, 2010

Vacation Bible School - Franconia United Methodist Church, 6037 Franconia Rd, Alexandria, invites your children aged 4 to 8th grade to our Vacation Bible School, MEET GOD ON THE MOUNTAIN!, July 19-23, 9 am - noon. Children will go on an exciting journey to the mountaintop to learn about God’s majesty, mystery, and power, and care for each of us. Through lively music and exciting Bible dramas that tell how people experienced God on a mountain, they will discover their own ways to meet God and follow Jesus’ teachings in their lives. Children will discover they can meet God anywhere, talk to God both in happy times and in times of trouble, and follow Jesus’ teachings from the Sermon on the Mount to be truly happy.
