The 4th Annual 'Utica Music and Arts Fest' is the city's biggest three-day music festival held in Utica, NY. The festival will showcase some of the best unsigned bands and talent in the world, along with the city's hottest restaurant foods and attractions. Hundreds of performers will showcase their music in bars, clubs, pubs and restaurants all over the city.
