We will be taking a closer look at The Presidio Landmark and The Belles Townhomes , both located within the Public Health Service District of the Presidio of San Francisco.
The Presidio Landmark has received LEED Gold certification for its renovation, and LEED Platinum certification has been given to The Belles Townhomes.
The Belles Townhomes have also achieved GreenPoint Rating and Energy Star home certification. Additionally, the Presidio is targeting LEED for Neighborhood Development for the Public Health Service District.
