USF Black Alumni Network presents: "The Ultimate Family Reunion 2008" October 17, 2008

Our Dear USF BAN Members and Friends:



We are deeply humbled and excited to welcome you to the first USF Black Alumni Network Reunion. We are extremely proud to represent you all and deeply grateful to have the opportunity to carry this network into the future and become a true representation of the things we all hold dear. We know, as well as you, that the good times we have had and the memories that we have made are greatly attributed to the sense of family we experienced at USF.



The future plan is to continue increasing our efforts so that we can make an even greater impact on the University of South Florida campus and the Tampa Community in continuation of our legacy. Alumni, we recognize that though we are making strides in a positive direction, there is still much work to be done. There are areas where we are lacking, but we cannot pick up the slack alone. This is why we are asking all of you to fellowship with us on October 17-19, 2008 during the University's Homecoming weekend. All registration packages can be picked up at the Meet and Greet or the Homecoming Watch Party. Also there will be a master list at all events so tickets are not needed.

Friday, October 17, 2008

• The USF B.A.N. Meet and Greet (1p – 5p) @ The Blue Martini

Cost: $5.00 at Door (Included in the Registration Package)
Come mingle with the other members of the USF B.A.N., while sipping on a martini, sampling an appetizer and/or just have lunch.





• USF Homecoming Parade Watch Party (7pm - 10pm) @ USF Alumni Center

Cost: Free

Free food and drinks. This event is sponsored by the the USF Alumni Association.



• The USF B.A.N. “The Ultimate Black Sophistication” (All Black Party) (10:30pm- 3:00am) @ The Good Luck Cafe

Cost: $20.00 @ Door (Included in the Registration Packages)
Are you in the in the network? Are you ready to be entertained? Do you have a Black outfit? Then plan to be in Ybor City Friday October 17, 2008. Not only are we going to party in ALL BLACK, but we’re also going to open to a live comedy showcase featuring our own Andrea Woodfolk.

• The USF B.A.N. Homecoming Watch Party @ Rock-n-Sport Bar and Grille in Ybor City 12noon - 3:00pm Cost: Free
I know, I know… USF didn’t even have a football team when you were there. Or maybe they did and you were just too into your studies to go see them in person. Don’t fret! Because it’s going to be like old times when you come hang with the USF B.A.N. at our “game watching social” at a sports bar in Ybor City.



• The Official USF B.A.N. Homecoming After-Party (10:30pm - 3:00am) @ The Hip Hop Soda Shop.

Cost: $15.00 @ Door (Included in the Registration Packages)
Trust me. After watching the homecoming game you’re going to want to blow off steam at the Official USF B.A.N. homecoming after party. Let’s make it happen!

• Farewell Program (10:00am-12noon) @ The USF Alumni Center
The weekend would not be complete until we say a few words are said over the USF B.A.N. It will be your opportunity to give the Ultimate Family Reunion Committee ideas and feedback for next year’s homecoming weekend. Also, we will offer the chance to go on a guided tour of the campus. You will not believe the changes
