Urban Tavern in downtown San Francisco will host a “Meet Your Maker Menu” $100.00 (includes tax and gratuity) four-course prix fixe Paul Dolan Vineyards wine paired dinner on Friday, November 4 beginning at 7:00 p.m.

The menu, prepared by Urban Tavern Executive Chef Colin Duggan, will include an Amuse Bouche; Chilled Celery Soup with beet dust crusted scallop and a Granny Smith latke paired with a 2009 sauvignon blanc; Baked Fregola with braised goat, goat cheese, and tomatoes with a 2009 zinfandel; Coffee Rubbed Spare Ribs with candied Brussels sprouts and a fennel carrot purée with a 2007 Deep Red; and Curried Donuts with coconut Chantilly and dark chocolate vindaloo with a 2009 Chardonnay Cocktail.

The special dinner includes 5 hours of complimentary parking at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square. Urban Tavern serves American gastropub cuisine prepared with seasonal, fresh, often locally sourced organic ingredients.
