Urban Tavern to Host Gamble Family Vineyards Wine Dinner on April 21 April 21, 2011

Urban Tavern in downtown San Francisco will host a $75.00 four-course prix fixe Gamble Family Vineyards wine paired dinner on Thursday, April 21 beginning at 7:00 p.m.

The menu for the evening will be Goat Cheese with compressed vegetable salad and sweet pea granite; Orecchiette with snails, smoked baby fennel, pine nuts and brown butter bagna cauda; Roast Bison Tenderloin with basil, morels and fresh horseradish; and Dark Chocolate Crème Brûlée with guajillo chili and caraway sugar.

The special dinner includes 5 hours of complimentary parking at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square. Urban Tavern serves American gastropub cuisine prepared with seasonal, fresh, often locally sourced organic ingredients.
