UPWords June 13, 2008

Union Project invites community members to this month’s UPWords reading series, Friday, June 13 at 7 PM, featuring poets Liz Ahl and Jeff Oaks. UPWords is a monthly reading series held on the 2nd Friday of every month in the Union Project’s Atrium. This free event features both local and national writers. Liz Ahl teaches poetry and creative writing at Plymouth State University, where she is the Chair of the English Department. Jeff Oaks is managing director of the Pittsburgh Contemporary Writers Series at the University of Pittsburgh, where he also teaches poetry writing.
