Tuesday and Wednesday March 4th and 5th: "Wild Game – Pinot Noir and Rhone Varietal Wine Dinner" Bring any Pinot Noir or Rhone varietals such as Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre or Cinsault from any wine regions from around the world and the corkage fee will be waived.
Tuesday and Wednesday March 11th and 12th: "Mediterranean – Southern Hemisphere Wine Dinner" Bring any wine/wines from any Southern Hemisphere wine regions, whether South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina or Chile and the corkage fee will be waived.

Tuesday and Wednesday March 18th and 19th: "Wines from Spain - Tapas Dinner" Bring any wine/wines from any Spanish wine regions, whether Rioja, Navarra, La Mancha or some new Spanish wine producing region and the corkage fee will be waived.

Tuesday and Wednesday March 25th and 26th: "Wines from Bordeaux French Dinner" Bring a Bordeaux or any wines made from one of the Bordeaux grape varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec or Petite Verdot, and the corkage fee will be waived.

Tasting only from 4.30pm - 5.30pm: "Palmaz Vineyard" considered the new legacy and as one of the upcoming cult cabernet wine producers in Napa Valley. The first consulting winemaker was the legendary Randy Dunn of the famed Dunn Vineyards. Randy Dunn established his reputation at the Caymus Winery and Pahlmeyer. The current consulting winemaker is Mia Klein. Mia Klein is one of America’s most sought-after consulting winemakers. In addition to her work in the winery and vineyards at Palmaz, Mia has consulted with Araujo Estate, Spottswoode, Dalla Valle and Viader. Mia also produces her own Selene label wines. Food & Wine named Mia “Winemaker of the Year” in 2003.
Taste wines made by acclaimed winemakers, Randy Dunn and Mia Klein.
