UofL Family Business Center Next Generation Innovation Summit November 10, 2010

The Next Generation Innovation Summit on November 11, 2010 presented by the University of Louisville Family Business Center is designed to encourage next generation family business leaders to confront the paradoxes of a family business to encourage growth and adaptability. Dave Rife, who appeared on "Undercover Boss," and other members of the White Castle family will be discussing next generation leadership, while Louisvillian Stuart Steinbock of Whip-Mix Corporation will present the value of an "ambidextrous organization." We also have Amy Schuman of the Family Business Consulting Group speaking about the polarities that arise when family and business mix.
