Five homes, including a former plantation house and a replica of a Stratford-upon-Avon cottage, will be open Dec. 13 for the University of Richmond Chapel Guild’s Christmas House Tour.
Homes will be open from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., and lunch will be served from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Jepson Alumni Center on the Richmond campus. Tickets are $30 and include admission to all five homes and lunch. Tickets go on sale Oct. 8 through the university’s Office of the Chaplaincy at 804-289-8500 or [email protected] or from any Chapel Guild member.

35 Old Mill Road
106 Tonbridge Road
210 Westham Parkway
6 Oak Lane
Homes will be decorated for the holidays by the owners, said Sandy King, one of the tour’s organizers. The Chapel Guild includes volunteer alumni and friends of the university. Proceeds from the tour help maintain Cannon Memorial Chapel and support chaplaincy office programs, including a performance of “Messiah.”
