University of Michigan Board of Regents meeting April 16, 2009

The monthly meeting of the University of Michigan Board of Regents is open to the public. As a part of their regular monthly meeting agenda, the Regents set aside time for individuals to present comments to the Board. A maximum of ten speakers can be scheduled, with no more than five speakers on the same topic. Speakers must sign up by 9 a.m. on the day before the meeting.
