COMPUTER AND INTERNET CLASS FOR BEGINNERS
Mondays, (May 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30) from 10 am - 12 pm

SHINE MEDICARE COUNSELING – If you are going to turn 65 years old, we can answer all your questions about Medicare and/or counsel you about insurance related problems. Please call the Caregiver Resource Center at 305-716-0710 for an appointment.

PREPARE ADVANCED DIRECTIVES
Learn about Advance Directives to help you record your wishes for medical care should you ever become incapacitated. Receive a complimentary FIVE WISHES booklet.

LEARN HOW TO MANAGE STESS
A video presentation for caregivers who are experiencing stress. Learn coping skills and find solutions.
Monday thru Friday from 9 - 11 am, 12 - 2 pm, and 4 - 6 pm
