PANELS

The panels and activities featured at our convention are presented by volunteers. If there is something you wish to see at the convention, feel free to make suggestions. If you feel that you and perhaps others you know are interested in hosting a panel, then please contact us.

THEMED DANCE PARTY

Dance the night away with your fellow fans. Theme to be announced!

MASQUERADE

We will once again hold a costume contest on Saturday as well as hall costuming over the weekend. So dust off your best costume and share your work with fellow con goers.
MEET THE PROS PARTY

At our Friday evening Meet the Pros party you may meet some of our early-arriving guest stars in an informal setting. Enjoy light refreshments and conversation with other attendees. Attendance at this party is limited to ticket holders (Trek Latinum VIP Package, Trek VIP Package and Premium Weekend package ticket holders only).
KARAOKE PARTY

Our Friday evening events conclude with a Karaoke Party. Join your friends and other attendees as they provide the vocals for popular (and sometimes not-so-popular) songs. All are welcome.
BANQUET & CABARET

There will be a banquet Saturday night with our guests in attendance (VIP guests not in attendance). Tickets for the banquet will be an additional $55 if purchased in advance $75 at the door (if available). Cabaret to follow the banquet with inpromptu acts from some of our guests and fans.
CABARET with DESSERT

Attendance at the dessert portion of the banquet with the Cabaret to follow. Watch improptu acts from some of our guests and fans.
SUNDAY BREAKFAST

United Fan Con is offering its second Breakfast with the Stars on Sunday morning. The additional fee is $25 in advance; $35 at the door (if available). The Breakfast will last for approximately 1½ hours depending on the show schedule.
PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED SEATING

There will be a limited amount of handicapped seating located at the front of the auditorium on the side nearest the exit for easy access. A special pass will need to be obtained at the registration desk to be allowed in this section.
FAN CLUB/CONVENTION TABLES

There will be a limited number of fan club or convention promotion tables. Tables will cost $10 for supporting clubs or $100 for non supporting clubs. To recive the $10 rate at least 25% of your active club membership must purchase convention admission tickets in advance (club name stated in the comment section on the online purchase form or notified in writing with mailed ticket purchase to document your support). Non-supporting clubs must also purchase at least one convention admission ticket in advance in order for a club table to be reserved. All club members working and or attending the show must have paid admission to the convention. One table per club. Tables will be granted on a first come first served basis, and must be paid for in advance, so sign up early.
