Uniquely Awesome Women of AZ - Walk July 18, 2009

Do you like to walk, enjoy the outdoors, or looking to shed a few pounds? If so, then this beginner's walk is for you! Come one! Come all! As we enjoy some fresh air, girl talk, and the great outdoors at Freestone Park! Freestone park that offers many activities for the kids, also has a great walk/run sidewalk. This sidewalk overlooks a 100 acre area with a gorgeous man-made lake, waterfall, and more to see! So grab your water, towel, and a light snack, as we support each other and start our morning off with a a great walk!

Little ones are welcomed if you have a stroller suitable for this walk.
