Understanding the Building Code 1 April 2, 2012

In today’s ever changing world of the built environment ensuring the health and safety of John Q. Public and his family is of utmost importance. The stringent regulations set forth in the Building Codes used in California are complex and complicated and can be very difficult to interpret. This basic understanding of the building codes is the purpose of this course. Class participants will be presented an opportunity to delve into the International Building Code and the California Building Code under the direction of a seasoned veteran inspector and technician of the built environment.
