Unbuilt Toronto: The City That Could Have Been November 4, 2008

The Toronto Society of Architects invites you to join us for our November meeting, featuring the official opening of a new exhibit, “Unbuilt Toronto: The City That Could Have Been.”

The exhibit showcases juried images of significant unbuilt projects submitted by practicing architects and designers in a competition organized by the TSA. These projects are juxtaposed with historical unrealized building proposals drawn from Mark Osbaldeston’s new book, Unbuilt Toronto: A History of the City That Might Have Been, which will also be launched at the opening event.

“Unbuilt Toronto: The City That Could Have Been” is presented by the TSA in partnership with the Institute of Contemporary Culture at the ROM, and runs until Sunday, January 11, 2009.
