UMS Night School: Recap Mariinsky Orchestra and Gilberto Gil October 29, 2012

Professor Mark Clague joins us again as host and resident scholar. Session 2 will begin with a recap and discussion of the Mariinsky Orchestra of St. Petersburg performance and then focus on the following UMS event (with a special focus on UMS’s history of presenting music from Latin and South America and other non-western art forms): Gilberto Gil.
