The deadline to apply for the ULTA Enrich, Empower and Enlighten Scholarship Fund is February 5, 2009. If you are a female senior enrolled at Resurrection High School in Chicago, IL pick up a Scholarship Kit at your high school guidance department or local ULTA store (1000 W. North Avenue in Chicago, IL) and apply for your chance to win a $5,000 scholarship from ULTA.
