Ukrainian Culture Celebration – The Ukrainian Sundance: Seasons in Ukrainian Songs and Dances September 18, 2010

An educational and entertaining Ukrainian cultural show, “Soncevorot” (“Sundance”), featuring the vocal ensemble “Kolyada” and other well-known Ukrainian singers, dancers, and musicians, from the Bay Area and Sacramento performing authentic Ukrainian folk pieces in regional costumes on traditional instruments to celebrate Ukraine’s proud historical heritage. (“Kolyada” recently performed at “Ukrainian-American Day” in the Golden Gate Park Band’s Summer Sunday Afternoon Concert Season.)
