UG Project- Live Deep Soulful House @ Lola April 24, 2010

Urban Groov Project appears at least once a month at Lola in the Downtown St. Louis Loft district. UG Project is essentially a live mash up of deep house, soul, Latin and jazz.

Strong emphasis is placed on mixing spontaneous improvisations with original MIDI sequences that are manipulated live. Add horns, soulful vocals, jazz influenced keyboard voicings and live percussion and you have UG Project.

This week we are joined by the fabulous C Jay Conrod on vocals.
