Friday Seminar, S (cubed)...Shabu, Sushi and Sake
During this class, participants will be guided through a tasting of Sake with Michele O'Dell of TY KU sake. You will also discover the art of sushi-making with Shabu's executive chef Robert Valaika. Expect to cover topics such as raw fish, how to cut, present and make perfectly sticky rice!! Event will take place at Shabu Restaurant with Michele O'Dell and Robert and Kevin Valaika.
