Two Day Skiing Sierra/Kirkwood Bus Trip! December 29, 2007

1st Pick Up Location:
6:00AM San Jose
Parking of Your Asian Connection

2nd Pick Up Location:
6:30 AM Fremont
Hilton Newark/Fremont (39900 Balentine Drive, Newark 94560)
3rd Pick Up Location:
7:15 AM Parking lot of Pacific East Asian Shopping Mall (Ranch99)

Directions: Hwy 80, North. Exit on Central Ave. Turn right on 1st light. Turn right again at 2nd light (Valero gas station).
* Please park on the street to avoid the possibility of your car being towed if left in the parking lot.
Bus stops for 10 minutes ONLY!! at each stop, and then moves on. Please arrive early to allow enough time to park and unload your belongings.
Group activities:
Dec. 29th
Sat. Skiing at Sierra (Bus arrive at Sierra around 10:30AM)
Sat. 6:30PM to 7:30PM "Happy Hour" at "to be determined" Party Suite (All drinks Free!!!)
Sat. 7:30PM Dinner.
Dec. 30th
Sun. Morning:
8:30 AM The bus will take the group to ski at Kirkwood
Price:
Member & Repeat Skier: Before Dec. 15th $108.00, after Dec. 20th $118.00
Non-member: Before Dec 15th $120.00, after Dec. 25th $130.00
The cost includes:
A. The bus cost and gratuities.
B. Breakfast & lunch on the bus
C. Hotel accommodations (double occupancy)
D. Snack and drinks on the bus when we come back.

Does the cost include ski rental and lift pass?
No. The cost does not include ski rentals & lift tickets, although we are able to obtain group rates.
Lift ticket costs are as follows:
Sierra $46.00 Kirkwood $55.00
Do they offer first-time package?
Yes they do. The package includes lift ticket, lesson, and ski rental.
Sierra is priced at $61.00, Kirkwood is priced at $69.00
Can I have my own room?
Yes. All rooms are based on double occupancy, if you are bringing a friend, that is great. Otherwise we will match you with a compatible roommate. If you want your own room, you will pay $60.00 more.
