Two Day Ski Bus Trip to Northstar February 16, 2008

Good News! We will stay at beautiful Cal Neva Resort Spa & Casino In North Lake Tahoe. Cal Neva Resort is 220 Rooms all located overlooking spectacular Lake Tahoe. The legendary Cal-Neva Resort is a perfect mixture of rustic mountain and casual comfort. It is a place where you can relax, and soak up the beauty of Lake Tahoe. Lake Tahoe and the Cal Neva Resort are America's premier honeymoon destination and playground. Cal Neva Resort is renowned for their European Health Spa and massages. The weekend rate is $169.00+Tax, but we got group rate - you still pay same price from last trip, but we stay at much better hotel & location - located only 13 miles to Northstar Ski area and overlooking spectacular Lake Tahoe!

Directions: Hwy 80, North. Exit on Central Ave. Turn right on 1st light. Turn right again at 2nd light (Valero gas station).
* Please park on the street to avoid the possibility of your car being towed if left in the parking lot.

Bus stops for 10 minutes ONLY!! at each stop, and then moves on. Please arrive early to allow enough time to park and unload your belongings.

Group activities:
Sat. Skiing at Northstar (Bus arrive at Northstar around 11:00AM)
Sat. 6:30PM to 7:30PM "Happy Hour" at "to be determined" Party Suite (All drinks Free!!!)
Sat. 7:30PM Dinner.
Sun. Morning:
8:30 AM The bus will take the group to ski at Northstar (Squaw Valley is Optional)

Price:
Member & Repeat Skier: $110.00
Non-member: $120.00
The cost includes:
A. The bus cost and gratuities.
B. Breakfast & lunch on the bus
C. Hotel accommodations (double occupancy)
D. Snack and drinks on the bus when we come back.

Does the cost include ski rental and lift pass?
No. The cost does not include ski rentals & lift tickets, although we are able to obtain group rates.
Lift ticket costs are as follows:
Northstar $53.00/day

Do they offer first-time package?
Yes they do. The package includes lift ticket, lesson, and ski rental.
Northstar is priced $73.00

Can I have my own room?
Yes. All rooms are based on double occupancy, if you are bringing a friend, that is great. Otherwise we will match you with a compatible roommate. If you want your own room, you will pay $60.00 more.

You need to Sign a WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY on the bus.

Ski Trip Cancellation Policy
Cancellation penalties apply to all YAC Ski trips.
A minimum administrative fee of $25 for weekend/bus trips. In the event a cancellation occurs before a trip leaves and a replacement is found, deposits and payments will be refunded, less the YAC admin fee and any fees charged by the Hotel (if applicable).
