Two Day Ski Bus Trip from the Bay Area to Sugar Bowl and Northstar February 14, 2009

Our 3rd Ski Bus trip of the 2009 season is scheduled on Valentine's Day long weekend 02/14/09. We will go to Sugar Bowl & Northstar if everything permits.

The transportation is a 58 seat luxury coach. The bus leaves on time. No refund if you are late. On the bus we will introduce everyone and there will be a selection of Movies to watch.

Directions: Hwy 80, North. Exit on Central Ave. Turn right on 1st light. Turn right again at 2nd light (Valero gas station).
* Please park on the street to avoid the possibility of your car being towed if left in the parking lot.

Bus stops for 10 minutes ONLY!! at each stop, and then moves on. Please arrive early to allow enough time to park and unload your belongings.

Group activities:
Sat. Skiing at Sugar Bowl (Bus arrive at Sugar Bowl around 10:30AM)
Sat. 6:30PM to 7:30PM "Happy Hour" at "to be determined" Party Suite (All drinks Free!!!)
Sat. 7:30PM Group Dinner (Not included, $5.00 Food Credit)
Sun. Morning:
8:30 AM The bus will take the group to ski at Northstar

$185 - 1st-timer Package including Transportation + One Night Hotel Room + Limited Lift, ski/snowboard rental, and 2 hour lesson.

Must indicate ski/board type when reserved and not exchangeable.

Hotel Rooms:
Sands Regency Casino Hotel Downtown Reno***
Enjoy spacious accommodations, with the largest standard guest rooms of any downtown hotel casino. Room amenities include hair dryer, cable television, in-room movies, individual heat/air control and alarm clock.

Does the cost include ski rental and lift pass?
The Package include 1st day lift Ticket, but not include ski rentals.
Please pay 2nd day lift ticket online, or we will collect money (Cash or check) on the bus.

Do they offer first-time package?
Yes they do. 1st-timer Package including Limited Lift, Ski/Snowboard rental, and 2 hour lesson.

Can I have my own room?
Yes. All rooms are based on double occupancy, if you are bringing a friend, that is great. Otherwise we will match you with a compatible roommate. If you want your own room, you will pay $40.00 more.

Ski Trip Cancellation Policy
Cancellation penalties apply to all YAC Ski trips.
A minimum administrative fee of $25 for weekend/bus trips. In the event a cancellation occurs before a trip leaves and a replacement is found, deposits and payments will be refunded, less the YAC admin fee and any fees charged by the Hotel (if applicable).
