6:00AM San Jose

2nd Pick Up Location:
6:30 AM Fremont (If more than 5 people, otherwise we will skip this location)

Directions: Hwy 80, North. Exit on Central Ave. Turn right on 1st light. Turn right again at 2nd light (Valero gas station).
* Please park on the street to avoid the possibility of your car being towed if left in the parking lot.

Bus stops for 10 minutes ONLY!! at each stop, and then moves on. Please arrive early to allow enough time to park and unload your belongings.

Group activities:
SATURDAY Skiing at Squaw: 1PM to 6PM(Bus arrive at Squaw around 11:30AM)
Sat. 7:30PM Happy Hour (All drinks Free!!!) and Group Dinner (Not included)
SUNDAY Skiing at Northstar: (Skiing $35 1st Time PKG at Squaw is option)
8:30 AM The bus will take the group to ski at Northstar
4:15PM Bus Leaves Hotel
5:15PM Bus Leaves Northstar and heads back to the Bay Area

The Package cost includes:

Must indicate ski/board type when reserved and not exchangeable.

Does the cost include ski rental and lift pass?
The Package include 1st day lift Ticket, but not include ski rentals.
Please pay 2nd day lift ticket online, or we will collect money (Cash or check) on the bus.

Squaw Valley USA Learn to Ski & Ride Day on March 8th Sunday
Squaw Valley USA is happy to announce the Learn to Ski and Ride Day on March 8th! First time adult skiers and snowboarders are eligible for $35 beginner packages which include a lift ticket, instruction and rental equipment!

Can I have my own room?
Yes. All rooms are based on double occupancy, if you are bringing a friend, that is great. Otherwise we will match you with a compatible roommate. If you want your own room, you will pay $33.00 more.

Ski Trip Cancellation Policy
Cancellation penalties apply to all YAC Ski trips.
A minimum administrative fee of $25 for weekend/bus trips. In the event a cancellation occurs before a trip leaves and a replacement is found, deposits and payments will be refunded, less the YAC admin fee and any fees charged by the Hotel (if applicable).
