Two Day Ski Bus Trip From Bay Area to Sugar Bowl and Northstar February 19, 2011

2nd Pick Up Location:
7:15AM Daly City
Daly City BART station
500 John Daly Boulevard, Daly City
3rd Pick Up Location:
7:40AM Richmond
Parking lot of Pacific East Asian Shopping Mall (Ranch99)
3288 Pierce St. Richmond, CA 94804
Directions: Hwy 80, North. Exit on Central Ave. Turn right on 1st light. Turn right again at 2nd light (Valero gas station).
* Please park on the street to avoid the possibility of your car being towed if left in the parking lot.

The bus will stops for 10 minutes ONLY!! at each stop, and then move on. Please arrive early to allow enough time to park and unload your belongings.

Group activities:
SATURDAY Skiing at Sugar Bowl
Bus arrive at Sugar Bowl around 10:00AM
7:30PM Group Dinner (Not included)
9:00PM Happy Hour (All drinks Free!!!)
SUNDAY Skiing at Northstar: 9:30AM to 4:30PM
8:30AM The bus will take the group to ski at Northstar
5:00PM Bus Leaves Northstar and heads back to the Bay Area

Price:
$145 - Transportation + One Night Hotel Room + Sugar Bowl or Northstar Adult Lift Ticket
$150 - Transportation + One Night Hotel Room + Sugar Bowl or Northstar Adult Lift Ticket
$50 - Transportation only (include Food on the bus)
The Package cost includes:
A. The bus cost and gratuities.
B. Breakfast & lunch on the bus
C. Hotel accommodations
D.One Day Adult Lift Ticket Sugar Bowl or Northstar
E. The Happy Hour
F. Snack and drinks on the bus when we come back.

Rental:
$31 Adult/Teen ski rental PKG (Sugar Bowl)
$16 Child (Age12 under) ski rental PKG (Sugar Bowl)
$37 Adult/Teen rental PKG (Northstar)
$26 Child (Age 4-12) rental PKG (Northstar)
Must indicate ski/board type when reserved.

Does the cost include ski rental and lift pass?
The Package include one day lift Ticket, but not include ski rentals.
Please pay one day lift ticket and rental online, or we will collect money (Cash or check) on the bus.

Do they offer first-time package?
The Package includes Beginner lift ticket, lesson, and ski/Board rental.
Squaw Valley beginner 1st time package is priced at $80 that starts at 10:30AM (Because our Ski PKG include lift, you need pay $30 more to add the 1st time PKG).

Can I have my own room?
Yes. All rooms are based on double occupancy, if you are bringing a friend, that is great. Otherwise we will match you with a compatible roommate. If you want your own room, you will pay $40.00 more.

Ski Trip Cancellation Policy
Cancellation penalties apply to all YAC Ski trips.
A minimum administrative fee of $25 for weekend/bus trips. In the event a cancellation occurs before a trip leaves and a replacement is found, deposits and payments will be refunded, less the YAC admin fee and any fees charged by the Hotel (if applicable).
