Two bedrooms in a nice four-bedroom apartment are available for rent. The third room is occupied by a Chinese-American as the landlord is living in the fourth room . The apartment is located in SongLin Road in PuDong 20-15 minute walking from Jin Mao Tower and subway station. In the apartment, there is a very big living room, a big well equipped kitchen and a bathroom shared by the two rooms as the occupied third room has its own bathroom. it is also fully furnished and tastefully designed with two balconies, refrigerator, washing machine, satellite TV, ADSL and house-keeping service, air-conditioning is in all rooms, etc. In addition, An excellent immersion into the local culture for you who need to make rapid progress in a language. you are placed in the home of a qualified, native speaker teacher who have been teaching Mandarin for over 3 years in a well known language center and will treat you as part of the family throughout your stay. Price for each bedroom which is optional is Rmb2000 per month (inclusive of management and some other fees). 3month rental is payable in advance plus 1 month’s rental held as deposit.
