Join the American Marketing Association of Portland for a Tweetshop: an interactive workshop for all skill levels

What is all this hype about twitter...is it really worth investing time in?

Is twitter good for anything other than announcing to the world what you had for lunch?

YES!

Not on twitter yet? Do you use it on occasion, but don't know what a hash tag is and what it's purpose is? Are you a power user, but don't know how to utilize it for brand and marketing communication that will drive results? Are you a tweet-master and looking for a forum to collaborate on fresh ideas for how social media experts are innovating with twitter? If you fall into any of these user categories, this is the workshop for you!

David Veneski, America's Marketing Digital Strategist, Intel; and Alex Williams, Digital Communications Specialist, eROI will spend the first portion of this workshop covering twitter basics from step one, progress through advanced twitter usage and wrap up with innovative examples of how they utilize twitter to drive business and marketing objectives. With representation from both a client-side marketer and an agency marketer, you will gain unique perspectives specific to your needs, regardless of your role and area of focus.

So, charge up your laptop or bring your smart phone for this interactive workshop! Free Wi-Fi will be provided, but power sources will not support the numbers in attendance.

Your twitter hash tag for the event will be #amapdx
