Tween Scene: Fab Art! April 15, 2010

This program, geared for those ages 9-13, will allow you to join the 'Tween Scene,' meet new people, learn about an artist and create fabulous art from 3:45 to 5 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month through April. Meet in the Bloomington Public Library Community Room.
